Specifically, we shouldn't create the idea that mods must or even should be pilots, or have certain aviation experience, or whatever. Moderation is mostly about communication and an enthusiastic and articulate 'amateur' could do a great job. It's just something to think about when considering what different candidates can contribute. | |
